If you have an Insight Premium account, you can purchase
business VPN credit through the Insight Cloud Portal.
If you have an Insight Pro account, you must purchase business VPN credit through a NETGEAR distributor or reseller. When you purchase business VPN credit through a NETGEAR distributor or reseller you receive a business VPN key. You must enter the business VPN key to your Insight Pro account in order to add the business VPN credit. After you add the business VPN credit, you must allocate the business VPN credit to your remote routers.
To purchase
business VPN credit with an Insight Premium account:
- Log in to your Insight Premium account.
- On the dashboard, click Insight Services.
- In the Business VPN section, select View Products.
- Select a business VPN credit plan.
- Select Buy Now.
- In the Billing Information field, enter your billing information.
- In the Payment Information field, enter your payment information.
- Select Place Order.
Your VPN credit purchase is complete.

A business VPN key is sent to your email address.
- Access your email address and locate your business VPN key.
- Make a note of the business VPN key.
- Log in to your Insight Pro account.
- Select Account Management > VPN Services > Add Business VPN
Key.
An Add Business VPN Key window displays.
- In the Key field, enter your business VPN key.
- Select Add.
- To allocate your business VPN credit, click the menu tab.
- Select Account Management > Credit Allocation > Allocate.
- Click the + icon in the Business VPN Credits section.
- Click the + icon and add the amount of business VPN credit to allocate.
- Click the Allocate button.
Your VPN credit purchase is complete.
