Enhancements:
- To comply with California state law, remove ‘None’ option from authentication protocol for SNMPv3 (System > SNMP > SNMPv3 > User Configuration). Default is now ‘MD5’.
Known Issues:
- The Registration page displays again after a reboot even if it was turned off before.
Workaround: Close the registration window or register the device.
- The GUI freezes when the HTTPS session times out while using IE11.0.
Workaround: Use another browser or refresh the whole page after timeout.
- If the connecting partner device is 1000Mbps, the port speed on partner device displays as 10 Mbps after disabling the port on the XS728T/XS748T.
Workaround: Unplug the cable.
- When configuring the management VLAN other than VLAN 1, the default static IP (192.168.0.239) becomes 0.0.0.0.
Workaround: Use DHCP or assign a valid static IP address.
- The cable test is effective for copper ports linked at 10G speed with Cat5e cables. With other link speeds and cable types, the results might not be as accurate.
- If updating firmware using a USB device, the USB device must support the FAT32 file type. The NTFS file type is NOT supported.
