You can remove an inactive or potentially vulnerable device from your network using the Armor portal. These steps are useful if a device is no longer part of your network but is still showing up on the Security Assessment scan.

Removing a device in NETGEAR Armor stops all Armor Security Assessment notifications for that device.

To remove an inactive or vulnerable device in NETGEAR Armor:

  1. Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device.
  2. Visit armor.netgear.com.
  3. Enter your NETGEAR account credentials if prompted.
Note: The Armor portal might remember your credentials.
  4. From the Armor portal dashboard, select See all devices on this router.
A list of the devices that are connected to your router displays.
  5. Click the menu icon (3 dots) next to the device that you want to remove.
  6. Select Remove.

Your device is no longer listed in My Devices or Vulnerabilities.
