Follow these guidelines depending on your Insight subscription level.
New Insight Users
If you are new to Insight, you need to create an Insight account. For more information, see How do I create an Insight account?. When you have created an Insight account, you have a choice between an Insight Premium or Pro subscription. For more information, see What Insight subscription plans are available?. After you choose a subscription, you can register your new device and start managing it.
Existing Insight Users
- Insight Premium Subscription. You can register and manage your new Insight device with your Insight Premium subscription. Your new device does not require a device credit.
- Insight Pro Subscription. You can register and manage your new Insight device with your Insight Pro subscription. Your new device does not require a device credit.
