New Features and Enhancements:
- Compliant with California Privacy Law: Force user to change the default password on first login to the device. Customer is advised to upgrade using ONIE image.
- Support 1G SFP module AGM734 for M4500-48XF8C. 1G SFP don’t work when speed is set for auto-negotiation. Speed has to be explicitly set to 1G using configuration for it to work.
Bug Fixes:
- Device crashes and console port gets hung when playing 4K video for a long time over MLAG interface.
- Device crashes while executing power cycle.
- Service port flaps unexpectedly. Need BMC version 3.05 or firmware version 7.0.0.14 to make the service port to work properly.
- Plugging in AGM734 SFP module without connecting any cable shows the port status as link-up
- SNMP walk and SNMP get-next cannot work
- Change the cli-command-log display sequence
- Modify the prompt string of MAC address in service-port status/info
- Device shows error when try to get BMC information via telnet or SSH session
- Management VLAN can't get ip address from DHCP server if service port gets IP address first
- Device shows physical status as null when physical port is configured for lower speed.
- Console hangs when "show logging traplogs” is issued.
- When serviceport protocol is set to none, save and reload the device, then running-config will show it as "serviceport ip 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0
- If port speed is different from the transceiver then link status is not down.
- Port count is wrong on M4500-48XF8C. The correct number is 136, not 352.
- IP source guard configuration, “ip verify source”, disappears after the switch reboots when both “ip verify source” and “ip verify source port-security” are configured.
- Techsupport file should not be deleted after copying the file to TFTP has failed
- Fast-leave disabled interface will clear all IGMP entries in multi-device scenario.
- Switch clears all IGMP entries when it receives only one IGMP leave on port-channel interface.
- [Multicast traffic can't be forwarded using IGMPv3 group when “sdvoe <Vlan> enable” is configured.
- IGMPv3 "include/Exclude" filter mode doesn’t work
Known Issues:
- In 7.0.0.14 release use of 10G copper transceiver module AXM756 on M4500-48XF8C may cause the system to hang. If the system hangs, “pca953x 19-0021: failed reading register” message is seen on the console. As a workaround remove AXM756 module and reboot the system.
