Loop protection may not work between two Insight-managed switches
Workaround: Disable IGMP snooping on the switch -
One ACL can bind to 24 VLANs only
Workaround: Bind ACL to the port instead of VLANs. -
When either the IGMP or MLD snooping is enabled on a VLAN or globally, unknown multicast packets will be dropped for both IPv4 and IPv6.
Workaround: Disable both IGMP snooping and MLD snooping.
Firmware update instructions:
If these switch models are connected to Insight Cloud, perform the firmware update through the Insight app or Insight Cloud portal either through scheduling or manual update. If the switch is being used in Local-Only mode, update the firmware manually using the local web browser interface.
