- Find a pen, paperclip, or other slim object to press the reset button with.
- Disconnect the power cord from your Canvas.
- Locate the small, recessed reset button near the micro USB port and micro SD card port on your Canvas:
- Meural Canvas. The ports and the reset button are on the back of your Canvas.
- Meural Canvas II. The ports and the reset button are on one of the long sides of your Canvas’s frame, behind a hinged panel.
- Using the object from Step 1, firmly press and hold the reset button.
- While continuing to hold the reset button, plug the power cord back into your Canvas.
- Wait twenty seconds, then release the reset button.
The Meural logo remains on the screen for a few seconds, then the Canvas automatically reboots.
