All Insight administrators and managers for an Insight Premium account can perform voucher-related functions. You only need to create a voucher administrator account if you want to grant voucher functions to someone else who is not already an Insight manager or admin. The voucher admin is a manager account in Insight that can only perform voucher-related functions. Voucher admins can generate, download, and print voucher codes. They can also email voucher codes to customers, who can then authenticate using the codes.

Before you can add a voucher admin, you must have an active Instant Captive Portal subscription. For more information about setting up Instant Captive Portal, see How do I set up Insight Instant Captive Portal service?.

To add an Instant Captive Portal voucher admin in Insight Premium:

  1. Access the Insight Cloud Portal.
  2. At the top, select Manage.
  3. In the drop down menu, select Voucher Admin.
  4. Click the + (Add Voucher Admin) icon.
  5. Enter the Voucher Admin’s name and email address.
  6. Select Invite.

    After you invite a voucher admin, they receive an email with an accept option.

    As soon as the voucher admin accepts the invitation, they can generate vouchers.
