Before you can add a voucher admin, you must have an active Instant Captive Portal subscription. For more information about setting up your Instant Captive Portal, see How do I set up Insight Instant Captive Portal service?.

To add a voucher admin in Insight Pro:

  1. Access the Insight Cloud Portal.
  2. At the top, select Managers.
  3. Click the + (Add Manager) icon.
  4. Enter the name and email address of your chosen voucher administrator.
  5. Under Manager Type, select Voucher Admin.
  6. Select which organizations your voucher admin can access.You can also select the option Grant access to all future organizations.
  7. Click Invite.

    After you invite a voucher admin, they receive an email with an accept option.

    As soon as the voucher admin accepts the invitation, they can generate vouchers for the selected organizations.
