How do I get a PayPal client ID for my Insight Captive Portal?

To get a PayPal client ID for your Insight Captive Portal:

Make sure that you understand PayPal selling fees.
Log in to your PayPal business account or create a new PayPal business account.
Visit the PayPal Developer Dashboard.
Select My Apps & Credentials.
Scroll down to the REST API apps section and click Create App.
Enter an App Name, select a Sandbox Business Account, and click Create App.
In the upper-right corner, click the Live button
