You are able to see your connected devices using the following two ways in the Nighthawk app:
1. Device Manager: Displays a list of the devices that are connected to your router. The type of wireless connection (wired, 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz) each device is on and Offline/Online status also display.
2. Network Map: Displays the topology of your network. This feature shows how your router, satellites, or extenders are connected. Tap a device to see the devices that are connected to it.
Note: The Network Map feature is only visible if you have a connected Mesh Extender in your network. If you do not have a connected Mesh Extender, this tile doesn’t display.
To see the devices on your network using the Device Manager feature on the Nighthawk app:
- Launch the Nighthawk app.
The Dashboard displays. - Tap Device Manager.
Your connected devices display.
To see the devices on your network using the Network Map feature on the Nighthawk app:
- Launch the Nighthawk app.
The Dashboard displays. - Tap Network Map.
The topology of your network displays. - Tap a router or mesh extender to see the devices that are connected to it.
