If you have added a data tier or a metadata tier to your volume, you can remove that RAID Group by navigating to Admin Page > System > Volumes, selecting the RAID Group drop-down under the tiered volume, selecting the tier to be removed, then clicking the Remove RAID Group button to the right of the disk array. If you have enough space to complete this request, you can proceed with removing the tier. Metadata, and any unmigrated data, will balance to the spindle hard drive and remove the tier from the volume,
