How do I hang my Meural?

Hanging supplies that came with your Meural:

  1. Hanging cleat
  2. Self-drilling drywall anchors (x2)
  3. Anchor screws (x2)

Tools required:

  1. #2 or #3 Phillips head screwdriver
  2. Pencil
  3. Tape measure
  4. (Optional) Drill
  5. (Optional) #8 or 5mm drill bit

To hang your Meural:

  1. Make a pencil mark for the location of the first self-drilling drywall anchor. We recommend 60 inches (152.4 cm) from the floor, which is the gallery standard.
  2. Line up one of the holes in the hanging cleat with your pencil mark.
  3. Use the bubble level on the cleat to help align it parallel to the floor.

  4. After the cleat is aligned, make a second pencil mark in its other hole.

  5. Use a #2 or #3 Phillips head screwdriver to screw the self-drilling drywall anchors into the pencil marks until they are flush with the wall. Do not over-tighten.
  6. Optional: If you are unable to screw the self-drilling drywall anchors in by hand, drill a pilot hole into each pencil mark using a drill and a #8 or 5mm drill bit.
    Make sure the screws are tight and the cleat is secure.


  7. Plug in the power cord and hang your Meural on the cleat.
    Make sure that your Meural is secure.


Your Meural is now hung up.
