Every new NETGEAR home product comes with:
- A limited hardware warranty. Warranty length depends on country of purchase. See the NETGEAR Warranty page for details.
- One year of complimentary 24/7 technical support from the date of purchase.
Refurbished NETGEAR products come with a 90-day limited hardware warranty and one year of complimentary 24/7 technical support.
ProSupport contract
After your one year of complimentary technical support ends, you can purchase a ProSupport Support Only contract to continue technical support coverage.
- Available in 3-month and 12-month contracts.
- Covers up to three devices or systems registered to your NETGEAR account.
- Available by contacting NETGEAR Support directly.
The Support Only contract does not include extended hardware warranty coverage. If you want extended hardware warranty coverage, we recommend a NETGEAR Armor subscription. For products that support NETGEAR Armor, Armor provides priority technical support, extends your hardware warranty, and adds cybersecurity protection for your network and connected devices.
Legacy plans
These ProSupport plans are no longer sold. Existing contracts remain active and are fully supported through the contract end date or until canceled by the customer.
