If a USB drive connected to the router has been divided into multiple partitions, only the 1st partition will be recognized by the ReadyCLOUD function. This is a known issue and will be fixed on a future FW release. Please check release notes.
Notice that in the GUI page, it will show both partitions for one of the USB drives, but in the ReadyCLOUD web portal, it will only show one.
