Note: To avoid wireless disconnect issue during the firmware download process, NETGEAR recommends that firmware upgrade be performed on a computer with wired connection.
- Download the firmware file, save it to your desktop, and unzip the file if needed., The filename after extracting is EX3700-EX3800-V1.0.0.76_1.0.49.chk

- Select Firmware Update.
- Click the BROWSE button.
- Locate and select the firmware image file.The firmware file name ends with a .chk extension.
- Click the UPLOAD button.While the firmware is loading, do not interrupt the update process.The extender reboots when the update is complete.
- After the device boots up and the Power LED lights solid green, log in the extender again.
