Enhancements:

- When LAG enabled, PVID cannot be set on a port which not a member of the LAG.
Upgrade Procedure:
- Download the new firmware 1.0.0.3 from the NETGEAR product support Website and store it on a local PC, remembering its location in the PC’s file system. Unzip it to get the switch firmware image GS908E_V1.0.0.3.bin.

- HTTP is the only method to update the new firmware from the PC to the switch. Below are the steps to update the firmware.
- a. Go to GUI page Advanced Settings > Firmware.
- Click the file folder icon, then locate and select the new firmware image file GS908E_V1.0.0.3.bin.
- Click the Apply button.
- When the update is complete, your switch restarts. The update process typically takes about one minute.
WARNING:
To avoid the risk of corrupting the firmware, do not interrupt the update. For example, do not turn off the switch or disconnect it.
