Special Notes or open items for attention:
- Need factory restore after upgrading V1.5.2.2 and above on WAC5xx, because default RSSI value is changed.
- Need factory restore if social login is enabled in previous firmware after upgrading V1.5.1.32 and above on WAC5xx, because removing the Social login feature in V1.5.1.32 firmware.
- If upgrading from V1.5.1.30 need to remove core files from /var/log/ before upgrade. For removing core files command is “ rm –r /var/log/core.* ”. If this procedure is not followed, we can see factory reset or SDK mode.
- Need factory restore after upgrading V1.5.1.27 and above on WAC5xx, because default Country is changed.
- BDF file got changed from V1.5.1.18 and above.
- Need factory restore after upgrading V1.5.1.5 and above on WAC5xx, because RTS threshold check box added.
- Clear cache to get latest UI changes.
- This image can be upgraded in WAC510 and WAC505 APs.
- V1.5.1.x should be upgraded from V1.1.6.16 or V1.2.0.x only in WAC5xx. WAC505 don’t have router mode support.
