How do I view the EMTA event log of my CM500V cable modem?

To view the EMTA event log:

Launch a web browser from a computer that is connected to your network.
Enter http://192.168.100.1. A login window displays.
Enter the modem user name and password. The user name is admin. The default password is password. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
Select ADVANCED > Administration > EMTA Event Log. The EMTA event log information displays.
