To reset your MyNETGEAR account password:
- Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device.
- Visit the my.netgear.com
- Click or tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email address that is associated with your MyNETGEAR account.
- Select the reCAPTCHA check box.
- Click or tap Reset Password.
A password reset verification code is sent to the email address that you entered. - Enter the verification code.
- Enter your new password in both fields.
- Click or tap Submit.
Your password is reset.
