The current version of the Orbi app does not allow you to reset your password using the app. To reset your Orbi app password, you must visit https://my.netgear.com/registration/login.aspx.
To reset your password:
- Enter https://my.netgear.com/registration/login.aspx into your web browser address bar.
- Click Enter or tap Search.
The MyNETGEAR page displays. - Click Forgot your password?.
The Reset your password window displays. - Enter the email address associated with your Orbi account.
- Complete the captcha and click RESET MY PASSWORD.
An email is sent to the email address you provided. - Click the link in the email.
The NETGEAR Change Your Password page displays. - Create a new password and confirm it in the password fields.
- Click Submit.
Your password resets.
