Note: Please check “Upgrade rules” section before upgrading.
New Features and Enhancements:

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed issue where the AP is not accessible across different subnet.
- Fixed issue related to language localization.

Known Issues:
- Attached Device wireless station list page displays the 2.4GHz / 5GHz SSID on which WDS is established, instead of showing exact SSID on which wireless station is associated with partner AP.

Upgrade Rules:
- If AP is brand new with FW version lower than V1.0.4.1, please follow the Firmware upgrade procedure before upgrading to V1.0.4.8.
- Backup configuration file -> Do factory defaults after upgrade -> Clear browser cache -> Access AP GUI using IP address -> Restore the configuration file to avoid configurations getting lost.
- If AP operating with FW V1.0.4.1 already, upgrade to the latest FW. All the configurations will be retained properly after successful upgrade.
Notes:
- The AP’s default IP address is 192.168.0.100.
- By Default DHCP client is enabled. AP can be accessed using the default IP address when AP doesn’t get DHCP client IPaddress.
- After upgrade to latest FW V1.0.4.8, do factory defaults for AP to get DHCP IPaddress by default and the default SSID will be secured with WPA/WPA2-PSK (Default SSID and passphrase is available at the back panel of the AP to connect wireless clients).
- AP can be accessible from wireless clients by giving “aplogin.net” in the browser URL when AP’s IPaddress is not known after it gets IPaddress from DHCP server.
- AP can be returned to factory defaults using the reset button at the back of the AP by pressing and holding the button for ~10 secs (Power LED will blink in green from solid green).
- In the following scenarios AP is expected to reboot automatically for the configuration to take effect:
a. Firmware upgrade
b. Reset factory defaults
c. Restore configuration
In all the other conditions AP is not supposed to reboot automatically.
